Joselyn Martinez

Joselyn is a graduate student at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, pursuing a Master of Public Health in the Department of Epidemiology. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Infection Control from the University of South Florida. During her time at USF, Joselyn engaged in clinical research at the local Veterans Affairs Hospital in Tampa, FL and had different volunteer experiences with public health organizations within the university. Her current career and research interests include infectious diseases and infection control and prevention, specifically healthcare-associated infections (HAI’s). During her free time, Joselyn enjoys exploring new food and entertainment spots in Atlanta and hiking with her dog, Duke.
